Summary, Round 1, Round 2

Saturday was blown out with a strong westerly at the field. Sunday saw a southerly change with a cold and breezy start to the day. Conditions did improve and the afternoon was quite pleasant. Fastest speed runs were by Chris Kaiser with 18.30 & 19.24 seconds over the two rounds respectively. Peter Barrell closely followed Chris with two sub 20 runs. Best distance runs were 20 laps by Peter Barrell & Ken Duffell. One distance slot saw Daniel James flying the Captain Nitro against Rod Hales Crossfire - a good bit of lift and some slick flying put the Nitro ahead by 2 laps at 15 to 13. Needless to say Daniel was "stoked". No perfect 10 minute duration scores were achieved however Peter Williams went close at 1 second off.
