The weather Guru's got this one wrong. Nine flyers took part in the last NI F3B series event for 2008. It was a great weekends flying with some new personal best times in speed. The second round speed times were all pretty good with 7 of 9 runs under 20 seconds. There were a total of 17 sub 20 runs over the weekend with Kevin Botherways time of 16.60 sec being the fastest. Some good air in distance saw 22 laps scored by Chris Kaiser & David James. I bit of sink around caught a few in duration with some relaunches well into the working time. Best duration was a max 10min & 100 landing by Peter Barrell. So 4 rounds were flown over the weekend and congratulations to Peter Barrell for his first place followed by Chris Kaiser and Kevin Botherway.
