Apologies for the lack of updates this year. The tools I’ve previously used to maintain this site are showing their age so I’m finally getting around to dragging it (kicking and screaming) into the 21st century...  The format of this site and particular the results will continue to evolve as I figure out the best way to do it (i.e. easiest for me).

2009 Series Rules Summary:

  1. BulletContests will be flown to the F3B rules as specified in the NZMAA rulebook and amended at the 05/06 Nats Soaring SIG meeting.

  2. BulletCD's have the right to impose or modify any rules on the day for safety reasons.

  3. BulletEach competitors best 4 contests count.

  4. BulletAt least 2 rounds must be completed for a contest to count towards series points.

  5. BulletDue to reduced numbers there will be no A/B league division. All competitors will fly and be scored together. At each contest the highest place competitor is awarded 1000 series points. The remaining competitors are awarded proportionally less based on their raw scores.
